Inmates are free to interact with guards, one another and the warden in this area. Inmates are all free to openly approach one another.

The Cells
Prisoners interact one-on-one in their cells. Prisoners can enter and leave their living spaces as they choose during freetime but no more than two prisoners may be in the same cell.
